Ican say I retired from the car business.after 30 plus years and I can say they are the bomb. I would have any of them work for me. Jaimaca is one of the best with followup that I have seen. I am waiting till the time I can do business. Honestly they are leading the way. Also I am living in Virginia a long long distance but I think it will be worth it. I will tell all where to go and who to go talk to. She is great for that dealership.. A Great plus is they don't have a big doc fee also they don't try to screw the customer over with dealer adjusted pricing. I will be putting my mobey where my mouth is.

From the very beginning when I had requested more information, online, Jamaica was very friendly and wanted to help any way she could to make sure all our questions were answered and the vehicles we had requested were available. Once we arrived on site Zach spent time showing us the vehicles we had asked to see while answering all of our questions and allowing us the time we needed to make sure we were choosing the vehicle that was right for us, we felt very comfortable like we were chatting with a friend. Great experience, Julian was so nice to work with. We had looked in fall 2022 but didn't like anything. Went back in March 2023 and looked at seven Jeeps. Julian had all the information up front for us so we could narrow it down to three to test drive. We got the Jeep we wanted and they made everything easy. No pressure and Julian answered all of our questions. Everyone was cordial. Dan with financing was wonderful too. I would definitely go back for our next vehicle purchase.

I highly recommend this entire team at Brad Deery Motors. But first, allow me to paint you a picture. Imagine that you and/or your family need to upgrade to a car in better condition than what you currently drive, because your current vehicle seemingly is going in for repairs every month. That becomes very costly! So, you do your research online, you see the pictures of a car that fits you perfectly. Now the next step is to go see it in person, because you are 99% sure this is the car for you. Feeling confident, you walk in to the dealership expecting to find everyone happy, cheerful, floating on clouds, and bending to your every whim and will as they agree to all your terms because you found the perfect vehicle. Not so. In fact, you have to make the conscious effort to wake up and realize that those that work at dealerships are human, just like you. They have flaws, just like you. What does this mean? It means that they deserve the same level of understanding and compassion and forgiveness just like you would if you missed, say, just one small inconsequential thing. This is where communication is paramount. And here is where I and my family enter the story. We bought a new (used) car, and we are incredibly happy with our purchase. The one we bought had only been in the dealership's possession for maybe a total of 6 days. As a business that deals with multiple levels of customer service and interaction, inventory management, etc., they have a lot going on at the same time. When we brought our car home, we took it into our local mechanic to find a few errors and some items that needed repairs. Guess what? After communicating with Brad Deery Motors, their words were exactly as follows, "We are going to take care of you as best as we can." And "I'm going to go to bat for you and do my best." To summarize, I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the level of professionalism that EVERY person at Brad Deery has. If you have read this far into my review, then I ask that if you go buy a car from these people, have some grace. They are human just like you. Put yourself in their shoes. Could you do their job? Be nice. Just being kind goes a long way.

We arrived to the showroom with a warm welcome by an amazingly friendly staff. Our salesperson, Zach Broders, was very patient and knowledgeable. We drove 4 different vehicles and we weighed the pros and cons of each one. I appreciate that he's not a high pressure sales person and helped us to purchase to a vehicle that was just the right fit. I'll be back to Brad Deery again and I'll also be asking for Zach.

I purchased this vehicle in late November. My tires were leaking air but when I took it to another dealer they noticed I did not have my locking lugnut key. I spoke with Eric and he ordered a new set for me. The team corrected the error and fixed my tires all at no cost. They even threw in a carwash. Great team and communication throughout the whole process.

The best dealership I have ever dealt with. Super friendly not constantly trying to upsell or push you into hinge you do not want. Great price on vehicle I like to see inventory online and they are always reasonable on vehicle prices. I have bought several new and used vehicles and this has by far been the best purchase from the sales staff to the buisness office.
