It has been fairly easy to set up servicing appointments, once in a while a call back is needed. Servicing has been very good, recommend you . The one thing I must say, this has been a great vehicle, i really enjoyed driving it. Everything I could wish for and more. A thank you to Jaimaca Rayburn for finding/connecting me with it, could not be more pleased.

well, when I called for the oil change, I asked the service manager to check to see if we had any free oil changes left at the time she could not access her computer so I made an appointment anyway, but when we got there, they said that our free oil change had expired . They could not extend the date or anything. I also was asking for a sheet on the warranties on the vehicle, but Shawn said that he could not print that out and give it to me because of GM.

The staff were all very friendly. However, we spent our entire day here between making the deal and waiting on the finance department. We got there about 9:45 a.m. and didn't leave until probably 3 p.m. The whole process was just very slow. We are happy with our purchase though.

My 2017 Malibu had an unusual fault... the trunk opened on its own, the horn would honk and then the hazard flashers would light up and drain my battery. Service Advisor Logan Stelter set me up with a tow truck to get this vehicle in the shop. He facilitated questions between myself and the mechanic working this stinker. He also kept me apprised of progress and sought my approval for all component replacements and diagnostic time. I am completely satisfied and will definitely go back to this dealership for more repairs.
